Mr. Keppner has refereed at NCTA events for many years, and more recently had co-created the poomsae scoring system used at recent USAT and NCTA events and supported NCTA events in that capacity.<\/p>\n<p>Said NCTA Referee Char Mike Wickham, &#8220;Mr. Keppner was a man who gave of himself for Taekwondo. For the Poomsae Pro system he helped create, he spent the time to make sure things worked smoothly. I will miss seeing him at events and enjoy the visits during those time.
