Note: To accommodate a large competitor turnout, and to provide a reasonable competition time for all competitors, only one poomsae will be contested in the preliminary and semifinal rounds. The designated poomsae have been updated accordingly. Thank you for your understanding!

Eligibility:
Both non-collegiate and collegiate competitors are eligible; however, awards will be given to the best USA collegiate female and male athletes, as well as the top collegiate club.
Format:
All poomsae to be performed live in front of a panel of USAT or World Taekwondo certified referees, scored according to WT poomsae rules. Competitors will be able to see each other compete in real time. Competitors will compete in the World Taekwondo cut-off format, see packet for more details. All performance will be live on the day of the competition and not pre-recorded.

The tournament fee is $50.
